By cutting out the middle-man, we are able to offer our beef at a more competitive price. Although beef shares are a large one-time purchase, it is almost always cheaper per pound to buy a share versus the same meat by cut.

The second biggest benefit is age source verification - you know exactly where your beef is coming from, and that it is American born and raised. Our breeding livestock is registered with the Belted Galloway Society. This makes age and source verification easy, which is important in today’s world where everyone wants to know exactly where their beef comes from. We like knowing who is buying our beef, and we’d like you to know us. We want our customers to know that they can reach out to us with any questions they may have. You simply won’t get the same amount of knowledge about the source of your beef from your local grocery store.
